Maintaining a good diet!

Its hard at first to break bad nutrition habits, but in the end you feel better! Maintaining a good diet for me has improved my health greatly! I appreciate Marie’s guidance with what is important; and what may not be for my unique situation.

Loose weight, end the cravings

If you’re tired of starving to loose weight and want to eat to achieve a healthy body and spirit, the Eating to Restore Balance program is the best. My awful sugar cravings are gone. My brain fog is gone. The mysterious (well, to the 5 doctors who saw me) skin rash is gone. Anyway, this food plan (it’s not a diet because you’re never hungry) is perfect. I was never before able to get the weight to drop off and now it’s coming off.

Eat Clean

I’m being reminded that some f0ods cause inflammation in the body. I also see that stress can detract from a good diet so I will work on that. Watching to see how foods affect my energy and food, then will make more adjustments.
