Autoimmune triggers — solved!

Most of my triggers are eating, the day before, extremely sweet things like fructose syrup. Rice Dream ice cream with at least 10 grams of sugar is too sweet and causes the awful knuckle itching, sore joints, and cracked skin the next day.

My other trigger is the so-called “gluten free” foods. Oats can be called gluten free although their gluten-like protein is avedin—one teensy change from gluten that is just as inflammatory.

Thanks to Marie, my autoimmune situation is now in balance (my doctor thinks we were mistaken on the autoimmune diagnosis LOL). You can achieve remission. Rebalancing your body is the way to accomplish that. I highly recommend Marie and appreciate her encouragement more than is imaginable.

Wheat in food

There can be issues with eating wheat products. It’s best to stick with sprouted organic grains.

Loose weight, end the cravings

If you’re tired of starving to loose weight and want to eat to achieve a healthy body and spirit, the Eating to Restore Balance program is the best. My awful sugar cravings are gone. My brain fog is gone. The mysterious (well, to the 5 doctors who saw me) skin rash is gone. Anyway, this food plan (it’s not a diet because you’re never hungry) is perfect. I was never before able to get the weight to drop off and now it’s coming off.
