There can be issues with eating wheat products. It’s best to stick with sprouted organic grains. I have a better understanding of how food affects my body and my mood! The saying ‘we are what we eat’ is proving itself to be true. I felt lost but am feeling encouraged now. During Marie’s Eating to Restore Balance program, I got a great understanding of how grass family seeds (wheat, oats, corn, rice, rye, barley etc.) are doing to our bodies and systems. By understanding how these things are harming us, it is easier to stay away from them. The recipes using alternate flours from www.OurNutritionKitchen.com were extremely helpful and delicious. Additionally, knowing that fats are actually good for us, which ones and why, is eye-opening. We’ve been told for years to avoid fat–fat is bad. This gave me a wider variety of foods to use and eat. As I write this, I realized the program was so robust there is nothing more I need to know to make choices that support my healthWheat in food

We’ve been told for decades sugar is OK and fat is bad–it’s the opposite!
